A day in the life...

Yesterday Dad and Todd did demo in the bathroom.  They're getting ready for the plumber and new bathroom going in.  Gabriella tried to be helpful, ha ha!  Mckeever was very helpful.  Montgomery helped when she wasn't upstairs sewing with us girls.
When they pulled out one of the walls they had an interesting surprise.  Homemade canned goods stored in the wall, evidently by the previous owners.  My parents bought this house in 1978, hmmm, pretty gross.
Kendra, Montgomery, and I were making infinity scarves.  We had lots of fun.  Sorry about the pictures.  They're blurry thanks to my scratched camera on my phone.

Bubbles

So, I find Gabriella in my make-up.  Inside I'm cracking up because she's put my eyeliner on as lipstick...and she's so proud that she put her own make-up on.  But we both know it's a no no to get into my make-up without permission or supervision.  What makes this hilarious moment not funny anymore is when I discover she had diarrhea in her pj's.  CRAP! Literally ;).  So off to the tub to clean up the mess.  Welcome to my world!

High Five

Gabriella and Montgomery got their Highlights magazines today.  Gabriella is into her search.  She ends up getting some help.  She kept saying, "don't tell me, don't tell me"

Mckeever at work!

Well, maybe it's fun for right now.  He's just learning how to use big, scare your mom, power tools.  Papa is sure to make learning fun while getting jobs done!

School at the library

This was a nice change of atmosphere.  Gabriella was able to play on the computer as I taught Montgomery's math lesson to her.  Mckeever is, of course, fairly self sufficient, soooo he was hard at work while I taught Montgomery, and as I worked with Gabriella they both did independent studying.

Gabriella got her princess cake.  Gabriella thought it was great and thats what mattered. Lots of fun gifts.  Mermaid barbies,  lots of puzzles, and bubbles.

Biking

Dad and Todd went biking around the trail with the kids.  Gabriella rode along in the trailer.

Picnic

Montgomery wanted to climb the trees, Mckeever followed and Gabriella said, "can I?"
